suggest to enable possibility of automatic preorder in the configuration of the application.

I’m using polusweb hosting for a 6 months, totally satisfied, hope they not gonna become full of themselves;) sure there are some problems, like on every hosting, but not that regular
and critical way I’ve had on my previous hosting. Support always help to solve the problem. I’ve had that experience with other hosting when
tehsupport just stay silent to some unpleasant questions. But guys form polusweb is totally different story.
Advantages: high level services, reasonable prices, responsive support

I’ve took their shared hosting in the end of the last year – it was free trial till the end of the year.
Prices are reasonable, so I decided to stay. No complains till now. Satisfied with problem solving.
Advantages: just amazing thing they did help me with settings and data transfer from old server for free! That’s not what I couldn’t expected, I was very pleased to receive such an offer.
Disadvantages: site design seems to me little bit modest.

My server was hacked yesterday (I’ve messed with the security settings), spam sending started. Site was working like usual, I didn’t notices something
goes wrong. Then I’ve received message from support: spam is sent from my name. I was shocked – how could that be possible? It was figured out that by mistake I’ve sent server
password not to my business partner but to some spammer, god dame. I’ve asked tehsupport for any help – I don’t need no abuse complains that
could cause site blocking. Guys rebooted server, changed the password, cleaned everything fast, applied some IP blocks, and I’m back to business!
Totally satisfied with services provided :-)
And I’ve almost forgot – they’ve helped me to move my site on new server and fixed some email issues I’ve had (mails to my clients was sending with problems or lost).
So, great job!

appropriate, no delaying tactics.
